OUR STORY
A dream to work in Australia, that came true for our founder.
German-born Katrin Hilberath had built an impressive career working as a Marketing Consultant and Analyst for Siemens US, Siemens Germany and T-Systems Germany. But she had always had a dream to move to Australia. At age 29, she made that dream a reality, arriving downunder and working for Australian based arms of global companies Bosch and SunEdison.
Now Katrin runs Study in Australia Group so she can help others to make their dreams of studying and working in Australia come true too. As well as managing the business, Katrin still works as an external Analyst for the world’s biggest chemical company BASF, ensuring she remains connected to the Australian corporate world.
Katrin’s extensive local industry knowledge, as well as her experience in recruitment, marketing and analytics, combined with her deep understanding of the education sector, all enable her to identify the best career paths for her students and develop strategies for them to enjoy a rewarding career just like hers.
