DIPLOMA OF SCREEN & MEDIA
(incl. 3 months Internship in Melbourne)
The Diploma of Screen & Media will provide you with the specialised knowledge to operate individually and collaboratively within the video editing, design, and visual effects industry. Students will develop a greater understanding of screen and media production, editing, storyboarding, storyline development, graphic design software, compositing, and animation.
You will learn from professional design practitioners, apply their creative talents to real-world projects.
Learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD, Dreamweaver and other design software.

Graphic design is the effective visual communication of an idea or concept. Graphic Designers use typography, photography, illustration and other graphic elements, to express ideas. Learn how to create and combine symbols, images and text to form visual representations of ideas and messages.
Motion graphics are pieces of animation or digital footage which create the illusion of motion or rotation, and are usually combined with audio for use in multimedia projects.
Beautiful interfaces, striking simplicity, and easy navigation are some of the most important traits in a great app. You want people to tell their friends about your app, understand its purpose, have an easy time navigating through it, and certify it’s something they keep coming back to.

(The Australian Subclass 500 Student Visa allows you to work 40 hours per fortnight during academic weeks and full-time during school holidays.)
The Diploma of Screen & Media includes a 3 months internship program in Australia. This program provides students with real-world work experience in Australia where they will gain valuable employability skills.
